Sin is the bondage that holds us back, it’s the struggle that keeps us from doing what we should be doing. Sin keeps us in lock and under hold. It restrains us and only gets tighter as it is allowed to remain.
Sin keeps us in worry, doubt, desperation, hopelessness, fear, etc. We all have sin and fear when we come into this world, that’s a part of who we are. But, it is only through the blood of Jesus and the power of God’s Spirit that we are set free from these sins and the great bondage that it brings.
Remember that the chains have been broken, they were broken when Jesus’ body was broken upon the cross 2000 years ago, and that’s how the Bible can say that we are more than conquerors through Him who loves us! (Rom. 8:37) We have been set free by the precious blood of the Lamb! God Bless!
Rev. 1:5 “To Him who loves us and released us from our sins by His blood!”

Paul called himself the chief of sinners. How much worse are we? Sin is a constant daily struggle we face everyday. But Christ has conquered sin. So only in Him can we conquer sin.
