I believe that when you totally serender and trust God with your whole heart then you want have room for fear because God has not given us a spirit of fear but of love and a sound mind. Being afraid (fear) is contrary to his word. Amen! Now I know that you fear God, because you have not withheld from me your son, your only son.’” (Genesis 22:12). “For great is the LORD and most worthy of praise; he is to be feared above all gods.” (1 Chronicles 16:25). Fear is righteous. "In the land of Uz there lived a man whose name was Job. This man was blameless and upright; he feared God and shunned evil." (Job 1:1) We must maintain a fear of God within the understanding of his love for us.
